Shawn Fleming (President)
Shawn is a dynamic leader whose entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to innovation have played a critical role in driving organizational growth and vision. His passion for learning consistently brings fresh, strategic ideas to the table—spanning operational strategy, client engagement, and both business and personal partnerships. With over 30 years of comprehensive business experience, Shawn has worked across technical, operational, and sales functions, including business ownership. He has spent more than 14 years in business development and agency building within the financial services industry and continues to operate a successful insurance agency in Florida.
During the weekdays, Shawn serves as the Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator for B&C Fire Safety, a respected life safety company serving Florida’s Panhandle. His latest endeavors focus on leadership development and financial literacy, leveraging technology to expand reach and impact. He is also involved in health-related business ventures, including nutrition and phototherapy.
Shawn is an active member of Village Baptist Church in Destin, Florida, where he volunteers with the Media Team, leads the Core Mission Team, and serves faithfully as a deacon. A devoted husband to his wife of 27 years, Carolyn, Shawn is a proud father of three adult children and “Pop Pops” to five grandchildren: Journi, Quest, Jack Venture, Finnley, and baby Flora. He values staying physically active and frequently participates in local 5K runs. Shawn’s life and leadership are deeply rooted in his commitment to serving others and creating meaningful, lasting impact.
Adrian Thompson (DJ oHa) (Chief Marketing Officer)
Adrian Ross Thompson is a devoted husband and father of four whose life reflects a unique blend of service, creativity, and calling. His journey began in the United States Air Force, where he developed a deep-rooted sense of discipline, resilience, and purpose. That foundation propelled him into a successful career as a DJ and creative producer, where he's made his mark through sound, storytelling, and culture-building.
But beyond the music and marketing, Adrian is driven by something far more profound. He has a genuine passion for walking alongside the next generation—helping them navigate identity, faith, and purpose in an often chaotic world. Whether through mentorship, coaching, or simply offering space for honest conversations, Adrian meets people right where they are and gently points them back to the truth of who they were created to be.
